Darcey Bussell talks Strictly insecurities

Darcey Bussell gets "paranoid" about the skintight dresses she wears on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 46-year-old former prima ballerina is one of four judges on the programme, but finds herself worrying about how she'll look in the ensembles she dons for the panel.
She said: "I get a bit paranoid about doing Strictly and having to wear a skin-tight dress every week, so during these periods I try to exercise more.
"As a dancer, you become ultra-sensitive to certain foods because you know how badly they affect you.
"When it comes to getting into a nice dress or not growing out of old clothes, I cut out bread and red meat. Instead, I have a lot of chicken and fish."
Darcey needn't worry, however, as she rarely looks anything but flawless on screen. But she admits she does get concerned about how her appearance is changing as she gets older.
She told Women & Home magazine: "You can't help worrying about aging, especially when everything goes a bit south. You forget how quickly you change. But I like to change my hair colour or cut. Then I feel alive and that stimulates me to feel younger. I would never take any unnatural risks - I've been under the knife too many times with injuries as a dancers, so I wouldn't want to be under the knife for anything else."
