Charlotte Crosby and Rachel Riley have lead celebrities in a New Year's resolutions campaign for mental health.
The 'Geordie Shore' star and 'Countdown' host joined 'New Year's ReVolution' - which has been organised by The Self-Esteem-Team - and are among famous faces that are taking part in putting an end to appearance-based resolutions, such as joining a gym or going on a diet.
Charlotte, 25, has declared that she wants to: "Spend more quality time with my friends, and when we do that, to put all mobile phones in the corner and stay off them. I want to be able to socialise properly."
While Rachel, 29, added: "To get back on my bike and build myself up slowly but surely. I find that when I set myself small targets that I can actually achieve I get so much satisfaction. And I love being on my bike, it's time for me, it clears my head, and it's healthy. Hopefully a healthy mind, a healthy body."
The Self-Esteem Team includes founding member Natasha Devon, a journalist, singer Grace Barrett, and showbiz editor Nadia Mendoza.
The women give workshops in schools around the country with the aim of tackling body image and mental health issues, and other celebrities to join them in stating their New Year's inspirational "Revs" are fitness model Michelle Lewin - who has 6.9 million followers on Instagram - and SBTV founder Jamal Edwards.
