Phil Mitchell's daughter set for EastEnders return
Phil Mitchell's daughter Louise Mitchell is set to return to 'EastEnders' as her father continues his battle with alcoholism.
Phil Mitchell's estranged daughter is set to return to 'EastEnders'.
Louise Mitchell - whose mother is Lisa Fowler - made her last appearance in the square in 2010 and is set to make an explosive comeback next year as her father continues his battle with alcohol.
Previously her grandmother Peggy Mitchell returned Louise to the care of her mother because she feared Phil wasn't able to look after her.
Newcomer Tilly Keeper has taken over the role and said: "I am so thrilled to be joining the cast of 'EastEnders', especially to be joining the Mitchell clan!
"It's a dream come true and I can't wait to get stuck into the role and see what lies in store for Louise."
And Louise is not Phil's only family member who will be returning to Albert Square next year as Ross Kemp is set to return to 'EastEnders.'
The 51-year-old actor, who last appeared in the programme nine years ago, is reportedly being persuaded by show executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins to reprise his role as hardman Grant Mitchell.
The tough-talking thug will storm onto Albert Square in a bid to save his recovering alcoholic brother Phil (Steve McFadden) from hitting the bottle again following his spat with psycho gangster Gavin Sullivan (Paul Nicholas).
A show insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Dominic has put out discreet feelers and has been quite encouraged by the response. Storylines don't get much bigger than getting the Mitchell brothers back together."
