Stone Roses: 2 extra dates added to Manchester show series

Fresh from already selling out two huge shows at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, The Stone Roses have announced two further shows to meet demand.

Wed 15 Jun is the new opening night for the series, so you can see them first. If finales are more your thing, check out the Sun 19 Jun show. Don’t procrastinate, because tickets aren’t going to last long as 90s fever grips the last of the Gen Xers.

Stone Roses last played Manchester in 2012 when they sold out three shows at Heaton Park, where the band enjoyed an all-star supporting cast from Liam Gallagher’s Beady Eye, Plan B, Mani’s former band Primal Scream, The Vaccines, Professor Green, and The Wailers.

This won’t be you’re only chance to catch the band in 2016 as T in the Park just announced that Ian Brown and his pals will headline the Friday night. Tickets have gone on sale already, so hustle along now, nostalgia awaits.

The Stone Roses play Etihad Stadium, Manchester, Wed 15, Fri 17, Sat 18 and Sun 19 Jun. Tickets on sale now.
