Fran Newman: Binky Felstead 'brainwashed' by Made in Chelsea
Fran Newman believes Binky Felstead has been "brainwashed" by 'Made in Chelsea' producers and has also warned new cast members they can be axed at the drop of a hat.
Fran Newman thinks Binky Felstead has been "brainwashed" by 'Made in Chelsea'.
The brunette beauty has spoken out to reveal she believes their friendship has been damaged by lies constructed by the producers of the E4 show.
Speaking at the launch of the new SEAT Ibiza, Fran admitted she was "very angry for a time" about the show's effect on their relationship.
Fran said: "She's been on the show since she was 19, so she's sort of been brainwashed really. I kept saying to her, 'I wouldn't ever talk about you, I love you', but she's known the producers for so long, she kept taking their word over mine, which was devastating."
The 27-year-old star also offered some words of advice to the newer members of the cast.
She shared: "They should really watch their backs because they'll be chewed up and dropped just like I was, and just like lots of others have been. There are some, like Binky and Jamie [Laing], that the producers love, but there are others that just get discarded and if we're not given decent storylines, what can we do?"
However, Fran is pleased her close pal Ollie Locke - who quit the show in 2013 before returning at the end of the Los Angeles spin-off last month - is mixing things up again.
She added: "I am so glad Ollie is back on the show. He's one of the few genuine ones."
