Helen Flanagan thinks breast milk is 'awesome'
Helen Flanagan has hinted she's been breastfeeding her daughter Matilda by posting a quote about the benefits of breast milk.
Helen Flanagan thinks breast milk is "awesome".
The former 'Coronation Street' actress welcomed her first child, daughter Matilda, with her footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair in June and she's revealed she's happy she decided to go down the traditional route of breastfeeding because of the health benefits.
Helen took to her Instagram account to post a meme of a baby breastfeeding which read: "Your breastmilk contains 3,000,000 germ-killing cells per teaspoon. Your breastmilk is THAT awesome!!"
The 25-year-old star also posted an adorable photograph of baby Matilda wearing a T-shirt inspired by the Disney movie 'Frozen' with the words "more issues than Elsa" written on it.
She paired the top with a cute pink skirt, leopard print cardigan and matching booties.
Clearly happy with her three-month-old daughter's fashion choices, Helen captioned the image: "So in love with my baby girls oufit today (sic)."
However, the brunette beauty - who played Rosie Webster in 'Corrie' for over a decade - previously revealed she was only planning to breastfeed Matilda for a couple of months.
Speaking before giving birth, she said: "I like my body like this. I think I'll lose weight pretty quickly as I'm going to breastfeed until September - I won't go on any sort of diet until then. Your body needs to recover and you need to be healthy for the baby when breastfeeding."
