The Libertines announce first club tour in 11 years ahead of album release

Fresh from their headlining appearances at Leeds and Reading festivals, The Libertines have announced five intimate shows commencing at Glasgow Academy on Sunday 6 September and embarking on a whistle-stop tour that ends in Manchester on Friday 11 September.
These are the band’s first non-festival shows since March 2004 and come as they release a brand new album (their third), Anthems for Doomed Youth, out the same day as the Manchester show.
Tickets go on sale at 10am on Fri 4 Sep. To make sure you bag a ticket you can pre-order the new album and get access to an exclusive pre-sale, starting Wed 2 Sep at 10am.
