Chris Evans thinks Captain America is a virgin.
The 33-year-old actor, who stars in 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron', has revealed he doubts whether the Marvel superhero has ever found love with a woman.
Looking forward to 'Captain America 3', Chris previewed: "I think we really scratched the surface on something great and I think there's just so much to explore.
"Not just with the evolution of myself and [Anthony Mackie's character, Falcon], but the reconnection with Bucky, and ultimately a relationship with a woman."
Asked whether the next film will feature a love interest, Chris told Entertainment Weekly: "It's funny when you think about it - he's probably a virgin. He's probably a virgin! I don't know when it would've happened."
What's more, Chris said Captain America is one of few Marvel characters who understands what it's like to be a victim.
Chris said: "He does have a healthy understanding of what it feels like to be powerless, to be the victim. But he also has a healthy understanding of what it is to be a soldier.
"I think anytime you meet anyone that's been in the military, when you fight alongside someone they become a brother. I think in a weird way he looks at his Avengers as his family at this point."
