Björk, Daft Punk, Take That, The Twang, The Outsider
Björk representatives have said that the singer was forced out of Serbian festival EXIT due to her outspoken views on Kosovo.
The Icelandic singer voiced her support for the region gaining its independence while onstage during her recent Japanese tour.
Meanwhile, following its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in 2006, Daft Punk are set to release the DVD of their movie, Electroma, this summer.
The film, which features ‘two robots in mythical America’, will be released alongside a 40-page book of stills from the film.
Back in the UK, following their double win at this year’s Brits, Take That’s Beautiful World DVD has become the fastest-selling music DVD in UK history.
In other festival news, upcoming rockers The Twang are set to return to Scotland for this summer’s Rock Ness festival gig.
Finally, Outsider organisers have said there will be no festival this year but that they will be returning in 2009 as part of Scotland's Year of Homecoming.
