Ben Hardy appeared in his final episode of 'EastEnders' last night (24.02.15).
The 24-year-old actor, who plays Peter Beale, announced he was quitting the BBC One soap last year and the latest instalment of the drama saw him leave for New Zealand with his pregnant girlfriend Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa).
The on-off couple reunited yet again after Peter confessed the truth about his twin sister Lucy Beale's death, revealing his little brother Bobby (Eliot Carrington) was responsible for her murder.
Ben's final scenes also saw Peter reassuring Bobby that he hadn't killed Lucy, after his step-mum and Bobby's adoptive mum Jane Beale (Laurie Brett) managed to convince him she'd gone back out and never come home after the fight in which he hit her with a jewellery box.
Jane and Peter's dad Ian (Adam Woodyatt) are also preparing to get away from Albert Square for a while, claiming they're simply taking Bobby with them on their honeymoon, having tied the knot last week.
Meanwhile, it's yet to be revealed whether Lauren will be returning to Walford after Jacqueline gave birth to her first child, daughter Ella, with her 'The Only Way Is Essex' star boyfriend Dan Osborne last week.
