London rock outfit to take new album Born Under Saturn on UK tour in May

May the fourth be with Django Django fans. The London four piece releases their newest album on Born Under Saturn, Mon 4 May via Because Music – just two days after they kick off an 10-date UK tour, it was announced today.

The tour gets underway Sat 2 May in Aberdeen and tickets go on sale Thu 19 Feb at 9am. Savvy fans can also pre-order the album for exclusive access to presale tickets, which will go on sale Tue 17 Feb at 9am.

It's been three years since the band's self-titled debut album caught our attention and got shortlisted for the Mercury Prize. Earlier this year, the band offered a sampling of what we can expect from their new album with the release of the single 'First Light' (listen below).

'Once we got into the studio it became obvious it would be a bigger-sounding record,' says bassist Jim Dixon, enticingly.
