Kaiser Chiefs to headline Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival

The multi-million selling rock four piece are set to play the festival, alongside the Proclaimers, Eddi Reader, Honeyblood and more

Kaiser Chiefs have been announced as Saturday night’s headline act for this year’s Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival.

This will be the multi-million selling quintet’s first appearance at a Highland festival, with the band’s only other gigs in the region being two nights at the Strathpeffer Pavilion in 2008.

The Proclaimers have already been announced as Thursday’s headline act, with Friday night’s still to be announced.

Other acts already confirmed to play at the Inverness-shire event include Honeyblood, MacFloyd, Coco & The Butterfields and Torridon.

This favourite of the Scottish music festival scene is back with, as well as the music, a family-friendly atmosphere, theatre and spoken word events, ceilidhs, arts and crafts workshops and fancy dress. Sister Sledge, Franz Ferdinand and KT Tunstall have been announced for 2017.
