What time are fireworks in the city centres, Lydney, Weston-super-Mare, Dursley, Westbury and Chippenham
'Remember, remember, the fifth of November.' In Bristol, kids can take part in the children's lantern parade while the parents take advantage of licensed bar in aid of the local school at the Bishop Road Fireworks Extravaganza (Sat 4 Nov). Gates open at 5pm with tickets costs between £4–£6, available for advance purchase from Sat 28 Oct. Downend Fireworks Show (Fri 3 Nov) at King George V Playing Fields is also a charity event with a kids display at 6.30pm before the main display at 8pm
There's plenty happening outside the city too. Just across the severn, gates open at Lydney's Bathurst Park Fireworks (Fri 3 Nov) with gates opening at 6pm.
In Bath itself head to the annual Rotary Fireworks Display (Sat 4 Nov) starting at 5:30pm with fireworks from 7pm. Outside the city head to Chippenham for the Christian Malford Village Bonfire and Fireworks (Sat 4 Nov), which kicks off its annual village event at 5:30pm with fireworks at 7.30pm and live music either side.
