Otolith Group: I See Infinite Distance Between Any Point and Another

To coincide with their Middle Eastern and North African film season, Peacock Visual Arts have scheduled the installation of the Otolith Group’s film ‘I See Infinite Distance Between Any Point and Another’. The film captures renowned Lebanese-American writer and artist Etel Adnan reading the first chapter of her poem ‘Sea and Fog’ in her Parisian apartment. Adnan’s gentle voice and the ambient sound of her apartment create a powerful atmosphere in which to contemplate the complex symbolic layers of her poem, and the film itself.

Peacock Visual Arts, Aberdeen, until Sat 8 Nov.
