X Factor's Raign Rabin worked with Rita Ora
Raign Rabin - who last night (07.09.14) presented herself as a struggling musician as she auditioned for 'The X Factor' - has written music with Rita Ora in the past, it has emerged.
'X Factor' hopeful Raign Rabin penned a track with Rita Ora.
The singer-songwriter last night (07.09.14) presented herself as a struggling musician on the ITV talent show as she auditioned for judges Simon Cowell, Mel B, Louis Walsh and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, but it's now been revealed she's had a string of musical successes and even co-wrote a track with the 'How We Do' hitmaker.
Raign was initially unsuccessful in the audition process as the judges struggled to understand why she hadn't already become successful at 31-years-old if she really was talented.
Simon said: "Basically you're 31 and nothing has worked out for you."
After a poor rendition of 'Clarity' by Zedd, Reign was rejected by the judges but stormed back into the audition room to perform a song she'd written herself titled 'Don't Let Me Go' - which it has now emerged featured on an episode of hit US supernatural drama 'The Vampire Diaries' - and was put through to the next round.
It has also been revealed that one of Raign's songs was used in an advert for the US version of 'The X Factor' and that she had a No.1 hit in Russia as well as co-writing a track named 'Been Lying' with Rita.
