Judy Finnigan has joined 'Loose Women'.

The former 'This Morning' presenter - who previously vowed that she would never return to broadcasting - has signed a new deal with ITV to be one of four new faces set to join the panel show when it returns next week.

Commenting on her return to daytime television Judy, 66, confessed: "I know I said I wouldn't go back, but actually I'm looking forward to occasionally contributing to lively conversations between a group of outspoken and intelligent women."

Joining Judy, and regulars Andrea McLean, Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan and Janet Street Porter, will be Rod Stewart's wife Penny Lancaster, Gloria Hunniford, 74, and former 'X Factor' judge Sharon Osbourne.

Penny, 43 - who spends most of her time in Los Angeles - said of her new role: "Having appeared on Loose Women in the past as a guest and had such a good time, I'm really thrilled to become a panellist.

"I'm looking forward to spending more time in Britain and my lunchtimes with the girls debating a broad mix of topics."

Meanwhile, Sharon - who also lives in LA with husband Ozzy Osbourne - is looking forward to discussing controversial topics with her new colleagues.

She shared: "The last time I was a Loose Woman earlier this year I had such a ball with the other panellists and the audience and I can't wait to do it again.

"It's refreshing to be able to talk about real issues with other women while having a great laugh at the same time."
