Wretch 32 is concerned his chances of ever landing a cameo in 'EastEnders', his favourite soap, are all but dead in the water.
Wretch 32 fears his best chance of landing a cameo in 'EastEnders' has gone.
The '24 Hours' hitmaker is desperate to play a small part in his favourite soap but after years of tweeting about the antics in Albert Square he thinks he might have missed his opportunity of ever gracing Walford.
Speaking at the Hennessy Gold Cup horse racing meeting at Newbury Racecourse, Berkshire, south east England, on Saturday (30.11.13), a disappointed Wretch exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Nah, I don't think I'll ever get to be in it now unfortunately. I think that ship has sailed. It's a shame."
The 28-year-old rapper has previously expressed his desire to make an appearance in 'EastEnders' and joked the producers' email to him inviting him on the show for a cameo must have got lost in cyberspace.
He said: "I think the 'EastEnders' email must have gone into my Junk Mail. I'll have to check they've got the right address, or it could be in my spam I guess!"
Wretch was joined in Newbury Racecourse's Fred Winter Suite - where racegoers enjoyed a selection of sumptuous Hennessy cognac cocktails - by several stars including Princess Anne, rapper Tinie Tempah, actress Joan Collins, TV personality Myleene Klass and musical theatre star Elaine Paige among others.
