James Arthur will perform on the 'The X Factor' live semi-finals for the first time since winning the talent competition last year.
James Arthur will make a return to 'The X Factor' to debut his new single.
The 'You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You' hitmaker will perform on the ITV show for the first time since winning the talent competition last year to unveil a new track during the live semi finals in December.
James exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'm performing my second single on the show in December, during the semi-finals."
The song is yet to be confirmed, but it will be released as the second single from his self-titled debut album released on November 4.
James - who was mentored by judge Nicole Scherzinger - says he is still proud to be associated with 'The X Factor' and credits the show for helping to launch new talent.
The 25-year-old singer added: "I love it to death; if I was to be associated with it for the rest of my career I would absolutely have no problem with it, as that seems the only way to launch artists these days."
James is hot on the heels of New Zealand pop-star Lorde in a bid to land his second UK number one as he is just 7,000 copies behind her in the UK Official Top 40 midweek chart.
