Charlie King has confirmed he has left 'The Only Way is Essex' after nearly two years on the ITV2 reality show
Charlie King has confirmed he has quit 'The Only Way is Essex'.
The party planner - who joined the programme in its fourth season in early 2012 - has taken to his Twitter account to reveal he will not be a part of the ITV2 reality show's 10th series, and thanked his 330,000 followers for all their support.
He wrote: "I had an amazing time on TOWIE and will miss it deeply. The time has come to move on to other things. It has been an amazing near 2 years
"And I will cherish the memories. I want to thank you ALL for the support and I will see you soon I'm sure. X (sic)"
Charlie also admitted he would miss his co-star and close friend Bobby Cole Norris.
He tweeted: "Gonna miss this boy so much! I'm so pleased I shared this experience with @BobbyCNorris - love u man x (sic)"
Several stars took to the social networking site to praise the reality TV star, including 'TOWIE' beauty Lauren Pope.
She wrote: "Youll be missed Charlie, make sure you keep in touch! xx (sic)"
Chris 'Little Chris' Drake also tweeted his support to the hunk, writing: "Truly one of the nicest people I have ever met @CharlieKing85 #mates4life. (sic)"
Charlie was delighted with the flurry of messages from his friends and fans and asked his supporters to continue to support him in the future.
He wrote: "Actually overwhelmed with all The tweets today! You guys are aMazing and I ask you to stick With me on the journey! #nextchapter (sic)"
