'Tool Academy' looks set to be axed.

Rick Edwards, who hosts the E4 reality show - which sees 12 unsuspecting bad boys sent to a relationship boot camp - has revealed it is "unlikely" the programme will return for a third series, but he thinks there are plenty of potential candidates around for another successful season.

He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "It's looking unlikely, which is a shame because, whilst I'm biased, I do think it's a good, funny show. And exactly the kind of original show that E4 should be doing.

"Also, it's the thing that people always ask me about. There seems to be an appetite for more. We'll see though. Maybe it will get resurrected. There are certainly enough tools around to make it worthwhile."

But if 'Tool Academy' does get recomissioned for another series then Rick will be putting pressure on producers to enlist the services of 'Football Factory' actor Danny Dyer to guest star in the show.

He added: "If it were to come back, I would be pushing very hard for Danny Dyer to be involved. If only so that I could meet him."

To celebrate the launch of Oasis Mango Medley, the new deliciously exotic flavour from Oasis, Rick is hosting a giant game of spin the bottle on the EDF Energy London Eye on July 18.
