Fired 'Apprentice' contestant Rebecca Slater blames Luisa Zissman for her exit.
Medical representative Rebecca was hauled back into Lord Sugar's boardroom alongside Luisa and project manager Francesca after their team lost out on this week's 'away day' task, shown last night (05.06.13).
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "Luisa's a crafty character with a big ego, and people like her are challenging to work with because they have tunnel-vision.
"When you're in a team and trying to bring out the best in everybody, it can be difficult when some people act as individuals. Luisa was the weaker person out of the two of us.
"There's a difference between confidence and having a big ego. You can be confident but want the best for your team and not be threatened by others. Luisa doesn't understand that difference.
"I did feel Francesca was spending too much and she ignored me three times when I tried to warn her, but Luisa should have been fired.
"My downfall was not sticking up for myself in the boardroom. I'm a very polite person and I find it difficult interrupting people in a professional setting."
The 35-year-old also said there is a lot of behind-the-scenes conflict between the show's female candidates.
She added: "It's a very competitive situation to be in. When we're all clumped together in one house, tensions definitely mount and things can get heated.
"I think it would have been nicer to have a mixture of genders in the teams from the first week, but I did enjoy working with Jaz and Sophie, until they were fired.
"Myles is the strongest candidate now. I think he'll go far.
"It's not an easy process and I admire everybody trying to make a go of it. Good luck to all of them."
