Britain's Got Talent line-up revealed
The first 'Britain's Got Talent' live show will see the likes of 11-year-old singer Arisxandra Libantino, impressionist Philip Green and illusionist Aaron Crow go head-to-head.
The line-up for the first 'Britain's Got Talent' semi-final has been revealed.
The week-long live shows kick off tonight (27.05.13) as nine acts compete for the chance to perform in front of the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance and a cash prize of £250,000.
Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams will be faced with a mixed bag of contestants, including acapella singers Band of Voices and 11-year-old songstress Arisxandra Libantino, who blew everyone away with her powerful voice.
Operatic brothers Richard and Adam and twins J-Unity will also be performing, while drag duo Bosom Buddies and impressionist Philip Green - who has promised to impersonate one of the judges - are going to provide the laughs.
Dance acts include troupe Youth Creation and Martin Healey, who danced with a broom dressed as a nun, and illusionist Aaron Crow is set to wow the crowd with an act featuring an apple and bow and arrow.
The act with the highest number of public votes automatically goes through to the live final, with the two runners-up facing the judges' vote to be put through.
After whittling down almost 200 hopefuls to just 45 to go head-to-head in this week's heats, head judge Simon recently joked he was "dreading" the live shows.
Meanwhile, it is rumoured 'Gangnam Style' singer Psy will be making a surprise appearance during the final on Saturday (01.06.13) alongside last year's victors, Ashley and her dancing dog Pudsey.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Pudsey has done it before on the National TV Awards back in January. We would love him to have another go - but this time with Psy on stage."
'Britain's Got Talent' 2013 airs tonight on ITV from 7:30PM.
