Nancy Dell'Olio to launch her own beauty brand
Former 'Strictly Come Dancing' contestant Nancy Dell'Olio has revealed she will be launching a beauty brand after appearing in Cannes with her own fake eyelashes.
Nancy Dell'Olio is launching her own beauty brand.
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' star has revealed she has already designed her own Nancy brand of fake eyelashes - and has plans to expand into other ventures in hair, make-up and perfume if they are a "success".
An insider revealed: "Nancy was saying that several beauty companies have approached to do beauty products and ranges but the eyelashes are the first one that are actually going to go on sale.
"If it's a success she will think about doing other beauty products."
Nancy, 51, was wearing her fake eyelashes for the time this week at the Sunseeker super-yacht party in Cannes for singer Stacey Jackson's album launch.
The 24-year-old musician was holding the event - sponsored by French furnishings brand BUT - not only to support her record 'Live It Up' ahead of its June release, but also to raise money for the Teens Unite Fighting Cancer charity.
It aims to help young people aged between 13 and 24 with life limiting illnesses, and the event raised tens of thousands of pounds for the organisation.
Stacey was delighted with how it went - despite the rain which saw everyone except Nancy being asked to take off their shoes on the £20m super yacht because it was pouring with rain when she arrived.
Stacey said: "There has been some of the worst weather at Cannes this year in living memory.
"But even though it rained it was a huge success. We've had some amazing people turn up and it's been a huge success."
