Catherine Tyldesley's 'boring' set stories
Catherine Tyldesley has revealed she "bores the hell" out of her 'Coronation Street' co-stars by constantly talking about health and fitness.
Catherine Tyldesley "bores" the 'Coronation Street' cast by talking about fitness.
The actress - who plays machinist Eva Price in the ITV soap - has revealed she annoys her fellow Weatherfield cast mates by talking about her enthusiasm for nutrition and fitness after losing more than four-and-a-half stone in weight.
She said: "I'm always going to stay fit. I'm doing a nutrition course as I love educating myself about it - but it bores the hell out of the 'Corrie' cast sometimes!"
The 29-year-old star slimmed down from a size 22 to a size 10 thanks to hard work and determination in the gym, and while she has received backlash from Twitter users for posting pictures of herself working out, she isn't bothered by the online criticism.
She added to Star magazine: "I just thought the pictures were funny as I looked like a sweaty Betty! I only did it for my Twitter followers, as I get really sad letters from women who are desperate for weight loss advice. But with those mean comments I just think, 'Oh bless, they've got nothing better to do.' I'm into positive energy and anyone that's negative, that's their issue."
