Kate Upton and Taylor Kinney are in talks to star in 'The Other Woman'

Taylor Kinney is in talks to star in 'The Other Woman'.

The 'Zero Dark Thirty' actor - who is most famed for his relationship with Lady Gaga - is said to be in negotiations with Fox for a role in the revenge comedy, assuming his schedule for TV series 'Chicago Fire' would allow it.

Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann and 'Game of Thrones' star Nokolaj Coster-Waldau have already been cast in the film, and model Kate Upton is also in talks to join the project.

The comedy - which is being directed by Nick Cassavetes - centres around Diaz, who finds out she is the "other woman" in an affair. She teams up with the wife (Mann) to get revenge on the cheating husband (Coster-Waldau).

Though it isn't clear what Kinney's role in the film would be, Upton is in line to play another mistress of the married man who also gets involved with the revenge scheme.

Julie Yorn is producing the movie from a script written by Melissa Stack.

'The Other Woman' is scheduled to begin shooting in New York in late spring/early summer.

When lawyer Carly (Diaz) falls for Mark (Coster-Waldau), he seems too good to be true. He is: he's already married to Kate (Mann), and is having another affair with Amber (Upton). Cassavetes' film squanders its subversive wronged-women-seek-revenge premise in clichés, weak gags and an all-round lack of sass.
