Peter Andre finds it "very hard" to watch his own TV show.
The reality star's programme 'Peter Andre: My Life' has recently returned for its ninth series and he admits it is a struggle to watch back the emotional scenes in the new season, which captures his grieving for his late brother Andrew.
He said: "It's been a very up and down year. Obviously, my family and I are still grieving for Andrew, but I've returned to work like many of us have to do when we're still grieving. I have found it very hard though.
"I'm one of these people who will have to watch [the show] in my own time and on my own. Sometimes, it's very hard to watch back."
However, the series also has some heart-warming footage of his children Junior, seven, and Princess Tiaamii, five, who he has with ex-wife Katie Price.
He added to new! magazine: "The children have grown up a lot and Junior's totally taking over. He wants to do the intros on the show and pushes me out the way. Princess is so amazingly sweet.
"You'll see that Junior is getting his eighth belt in kung fu and I've got to my 10th. So this year, you'll hopefully see us both get out black belts, me as an adult, him as a junior. You'll also see them be cheekier than ever."
