Jenna-Louise Coleman will take her gran to work when she films the 'Doctor Who' 50th anniversary episode.
The 26-year-old actress' grandmother is a big fan of the programme and is particularly excited about meeting Matt Smith, who plays the current Time Lord.
Jenna-Louise - who portrays companion Clara Oswin Oswald - said: "I think she's gonna come on set when we're filming the 50th, which she's very excited about. She's gonna be patting Matt a lot. Matt's her favourite Doctor."
Jenna-Louise can't wait to get started on the special episode, which she promises will be "amazing".
She told 'Access Hollywood': "It's amazing. I can't wait. I've got a new draft of the script to read today. We're shooting in 3-D, so it's gonna be awesome."
Working on the show, the actress says she has learned a lot from her co-star Matt and showrunner Steven Moffat on how to answer questions without giving away too many plot details.
She said: "I think Matt and Steven have gotten so good at it and so good at kind of saying a lot without giving anything away at all. So, working on ... 'Doctor Who' - it's a skill that you acquire."
