Lorraine Kelly admits she'd rather "eat" her own head than star in a reality show such as 'Celebrity Big Brother', though she is a fan of the programmes.

Lorraine Kelly would rather "eat" her own head than star on a reality TV show.

The 'Daybreak' host has no intention of ever going into the jungle or entering the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house, but admitted she is a fan of the entertaining televsion.

When asked if she would consider swapping her TV sofa for a reality programme, she exclaimed: "I'd rather eat my head!"

However, Lorraine would like to be a talent show judge on one of the many series, but she isn't sure if she's nasty enough to shatter the dreams of a young hopeful.

She told Star magazine: "I'd quite like to be a judge on a show, but I'd just feel sorry for everyone."

Although she has decided she isn't cut out to be a reality TV star, Lorraine loved having former 'X Factor' singer and 'CBB' winner Rylan Clark on 'Daybreak' as a stand-in entertainment reporter for regular Richard Arnold.

Praising the bearded Essex boy, she said: "I love Rylan! I'm going to adopt him. He was adorable when he stood in for Richard Arnold. The first day he was on his best behaviour, so we told him, 'No, we don't want that.' "
