Lawson want to collaborate with Jessie J and Tinie Tempah on their second album after celebrating their debut album 'Chapman Square' being certified gold

Lawson want to collaborate with Tinie Tempah and Jessie J on their second album.

The 'Learn to Love Again' hitmakers - who are currently on their first UK headline tour promoting debut album 'Chapman Square' - are hoping to line up some big names to provide guest vocals on their second record, including the 'Price Tag' singer and 'Pass Out' rapper.

Bass player Ryan Fletcher told BANG Showbiz: "We've already got a few songs actually that we're really excited about. We've already written these songs.

"We'd like to have a female singer. Someone like Jessie J. Nothing's been spoken about [officially], but we've talked about it [within the band]. Maybe Tinie Tempah - a bit of a hip hop vibe."

The band - which also consists of lead singer Andy Brown, guitarist Joel Peat and drummer Adam Pitts - performed to a sold out crowd at the Shepherd's Bush Empire in London on Friday (01.03.13) and hailed the gig as a "dream come true".

Adam tweeted: "Shepherds bush. Tonight was a dream come true. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou xxx (sic)."

The 'When She Was Mine' group were awarded gold discs while on stage to celebrate selling 100,000 copies of their debut.

Lawson's Chapman Square Tour continues throughout March, concluding in Belfast, Northern Ireland on March 16.
