TOWIE cast get swearing ban
Billie Faiers have revealed her and her fellow 'The Only Way is Essex' co-stars have been handed a swearing ban for the current eighth series
The cast of 'The Only Way is Essex' have been handed a swearing ban.
The stars of the ITV2 reality show are no longer allowed to say any expletives on the programme - which airs at 10pm on Sundays and Wednesdays - and 'TOWIE' beauty Billie Faiers admits the new rule brought in for the eighth series has meant her co-stars have toned down their behaviour on set.
When asked who is the rudest cast member, she replied: "It's hard to tell because in the new series we aren't allowed to swear, so no one really does it any more."
But Billie admitted Kirk Norcross is the rudest of all the 'TOWIE' cast, and his fellow male co-stars often play pranks on each other while filming for the show.
She added to Nuts magazine: "It's hard to tell. Probably Kirk. He's a bit dirty, and he loves talking about it, too! Definitely one of the boys.
"The boys usually instigate things. They have short attention spans. I'm sure people just think we turn up, get filmed for a few minutes then go home. But the truth is that every episode requires up to 80 hours of filming. It's no joke!
"It's reality drama. So what happens is, you get a call the night before saying something like, 'We're filming you and Sam tomorrow talking about your situation with Joey in the morning.' Then you go there and just see what happens."
'TOWIE' continues tonight (27.02.13) at 10pm on ITV2.
