Gareth Thomas keeps vomiting as he prepares for Dancing on Ice's flying challenge.
The Welsh rugby star is struggling to cope as the remaining celebrities have to spin through the air and reach heights of up to 30ft while suspended above the ice with wires and a harness for Sunday's (03.03.13) show.
And after one rehearsal session Gareth - who is skating with Robin Johnstone - was left feeling so ill he was forced to throw up into a bin and has now been offered anti-nausea tablets to help him.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Gareth's routine really pushes him next week.
"He's been finding it tough and at one point he went so green his partner Robin had to rush off and get a big black bin on the ice for him to hurl into. It's tough because ice skating takes a lot of energy, but he's struggling to keep his food down."
Last night (24.02.13), Gareth earned his highest score of the series after skating with a rugby ball during 'Props Night'.
The judges scored Gareth a massive 34.5 with head judge Robin Cousins saying: "Seamless use of the prop, I have never known a rugby ball to be elegant or beautiful until the two of you did that tonight."
