Caroline Flack: Rylan Clark is made for TV
Caroline Flack has discussed rumours Rylan Clark could replace Olly Murs as co-host of 'The Xtra Factor', and has said the reality star is "made for" TV.
Caroline Flack has said Rylan Clark is "made for" TV, and would be a great co-host for 'The Xtra Factor'.
The 33-year-old presenter was discussing rumours Rylan - a former contestant on 'The X Factor' - could join her on the show and replace current co-host Olly Murs if he decides to leave.
Speaking to DigitalSpy.co.uk, she said: "I heard that too. Rylan would be brilliant on telly. He's made for it really. I got to know him for six months - he's very infectious and lovely to be around."
The star has already made a name for himself since appearing on the most recent series of the TV singing competition, including winning 'Celebrity Big Brother' last month.
Despite his success, Caroline suggested any decisions regarding 'The Xtra Factor' and Olly's future would be made later in the year.
She added: "It's so early in the year to talk about 'X Factor' stuff. We're both doing other things. We have no idea."
Caroline will be joined by Dermot O'Leary as she presents from the BAFTA (British Academy Film Awards) red carpet in London on Sunday (10.02.13) and has said she will cope without the 'Dance with Me Tonight' hitmaker by her side.
She joked: "I think I'll be alright without Olly - I think I'll survive. I've got Mr O'Leary. It's keeping it in the ['X Factor'] family anyway ... He's the voice of calm.
"I keep texting him saying how nervous I am and he keeps texting back saying, 'It's going to be fine!' "
