Rihanna, Bruno Mars and Sting are set to team up for a one-off performance at the 2013 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 10

Rihanna, Bruno Mars and Sting will perform together at the Grammys.

'Stay' hitmaker Rihanna is teaming up with the 'Locked Out Of Heaven' singer and legendary musician Sting to give a special one-off performance at the 55th annual ceremony, held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 10.

The official Grammys Twitter account posted: "In case you missed, @BrunoMars @Rihanna + Sting (@OfficialSting) will be performing together at the 55th #GRAMMYs next Sunday (sic)"

Rihanna also performed at last year's ceremony with Coldplay for their track 'Princess of China'. She is also nominated at the event, with her single, 'Where Have You Been', up for Best Pop Solo performance.

Other stars to take the stage at the event include Taylor Swift, Mumford & Sons and Sir Elton John, who personally requested British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran to perform alongside him on stage.

The 'Lego House' singer explained: "Elton rung me up one day and said, 'How would you feel about performing with me at the Grammys?' I was like, 'I'll check my schedule.'

"The thing is, when I've done it in England, they are my peers, I know them - but I'm performing in front of people that have never even heard of me, so I've got to really make an impression. It's gonna be fun."

Ed is nominated for the Song of the Year gong at the US awards ceremony for his hit single 'The A Team'.

Sassy pop and R&B packed with attitude from the multi-award-winning Barbadian singer actress, who has topped the UK charts again and again with hits including 'Umbrella', 'Only Girl (In The World)', 'We Found Love' and 'Diamonds.'

Bruno Mars

Soppy ballads and R&B with a tasteful hip hop edge from the all-conquering commercial troubadour who has also written a bunch of hits for other artists including Travie McCoy and BOB and who comes backed with a fine old school band of funk soul brothers.
