Amanda Holden is left exhausted by Simon Cowell's lateness on 'Britain's Got Talent'.
The TV star claims she and fellow judges David Walliams and Alesha Dixon are always kept waiting by the head of the panel, and end up working incredibly long days because of him.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I have to take a deep breath each year before we go into it because we work extraordinarily long hours, mainly because of Simon.
"If he started at 10am like the rest of us, rather than one or two o'clock in the afternoon, then we'd all finish by 8pm.
"But we don't, we all finish at around midnight."
Amanda, 41, also said she doesn't think the show is as family friendly as it makes out.
She added: "Simon's told me off before for saying this but I just think it's very hard to keep judging singer after singer after singer.
"I don't see it as a family show. It is aimed at a certain age group."
Amanda's favourite acts are the ones who believe they are great when, in fact, they are talentless.
She explained: "The characters that come on stage genuinely believing they have talent when clearly they don't, they're my favourites.
"I don't feel sorry for them because it takes a lot of guts to get on stage. I always have that in my head."
The actress' favourite panel member is David, because he shows a lot of attention to her baby daughter, 12-month old Hollie.
She added: "He was so interested in Hollie when she was born and came and fed her in my room.
"He's the kind of person who writes a note to thank you for a lovely afternoon or for dinner.
"He's not as camp in real life, he puts a lot of it on. He's very quiet."
