Clare Balding will honour Team GB with a special prize at the National Television Awards tonight (23.01.13).
The 'Britain's Brightest' host will be joined by the next generation of Olympians - 60 young sports stars picked from clubs up and down the country who are hoping to compete for Britain at the Games in 2016 or 2020 - to present the NTA Landmark Award.
Clare, 41, and the Olympians - who will be wearing Team GB tracksuits - will hand over the gong to Lord Sebastian Coe, six-time Paralympics gold medallist David Weir and Sir Chris Hoy, who will accept the accolade on behalf of Team GB.
The award is to pay homage to the UK's greatest Olympic team in over 100 years following their record-breaking medal haul at London 2012 last summer.
Viewers have been asked to submit their favourite moments from the Games, with the best compiled into a special video tribute to be broadcast tonight.
As always, the Best Talent Show gong will be one of the most hotly-contested prizes on the night with 'The X Factor' and Strictly Come Dancing' set to do battle alongside 'The Voice', 'Britain's Got Talent', 'Dancing on Ice', 'Got To Dance' and 'Let's Dance for Sport Relief'.
'Downton Abbey', 'Lewis' and 'Parade's End' are among the 35 shows up for the Drama award and Ant and Dec are aiming to win their 12th Best Entertainment Presenter prize in a row.
The glittering ceremony will be hosted by Dermot O'Leary from London's The O2, and air on ITV from 7.30pm tonight.
