Charlotte Jackson is still expected to compete on Saturday's (12.01.13) live 'Splash!' show, despite breaking her toe in training

Charlotte Jackson has broken her toe training for 'Splash!'.

The 'Sky Sports News' presenter suffered the injury during rehearsals for the diving show - which sees Olympian Tom Daley teach a host of a celebrities how to dive - after landing awkwardly while leaping onto a crash mat in training, but she is still expected to compete on Saturday's (12.01.13) live show.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "All the celebrities practise their dives into a dry pool - which is essentially a diving board above a crash mat.

"Unfortunately for Charlotte, she landed awkwardly and her toe swelled up and turned purple."

Meanwhile, fellow 'Splash!' star Caprice is also feeling the effects of training for the show as she's been forced to ban her entrepreneur lover Ty Comfort from having sex with her while she rehearses for the programme.

She explained: "I am like, 'Honey, sorry, you can't touch me tonight, I am in too much pain'. Our love life has been a disaster. I have said to Ty, 'You can forget it. It's non-existent while I am doing this show'.

"After my first day I was covered from head to toe in bruises. I had massive black and blue marks up and down my legs and on my tummy and all over my boobs as well.

"I had one on my eyelid too and I got a black eye. I had no idea my body would go through hell and back."

While Caprice, 41, admits she wouldn't have signed up for the show if she knew how brutal the training would be, she says London 2012 bronze medallist Tom has been a "fantastic" coach.

She said: "I don't think I would have signed up for it knowing what I know now. Viewers want to watch people splatting and they don't want perfection. We end up bashing our bodies but we have to keep doing it.

"Tom was a great inspiration and his coaching has been fantastic."
