Lauren Pope's musical new year
Lauren Pope plans to spend 2013 year working hard on her music production course because she knows starring on TV "isn't going to last forever".
Lauren Pope is looking forward to completing a music production course in 2013.
The 'Only Way is Essex' beauty - who can regularly be found DJ-ing in nightclubs and at parties when she is not starring on the ITV2 reality show - has been learning the technical side of the industry on her new course because she is aware her time on TV "isn't going to last forever".
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'm at college doing a music production course, working with producers. Not to sing though! I've always enjoyed making music, but I've never really known the technical side of it so that's what this course will be for.
"It's something that hopefully will be my future because I know 'TOWIE' isn't going to last forever and all the other TV stuff isn't going to last forever, plus it's something I really enjoy so it's perfect for me right now."
While Lauren, 29, is new to the producing side of the industry, she has already set her sights on working with some big names in music, such as Rihanna, Kanye West and Tinchy Stryder.
She added: "I'd love to work with producers like Timbaland, Steve Angelo, Kanye West and it would be amazing to have someone like Rihanna singing on your song.
"I'm sure Tinchy would give me some tips if I asked him, he's a lovely guy."
However, Lauren doesn't have any plans to quit 'TOWIE' just yet.
She explained: "When you're in it you are just in this kind of 'TOWIE' bubble and it's great seeing everyone's reactions on Twitter. It's still really good fun to be a part of.
"I take each series as it comes, I've always said I'll do something until I stop enjoying it. At this present moment I'm still enjoying it."
