Michelle Keegan would consider surrogacy
Following her surrogacy storyline on 'Coronation Street', Michelle Keegan would consider carrying a child for a friend, or asking someone to do it for her if she had problems conceiving.
Michelle Keegan's 'Coronation Street' storyline has made her consider becoming a surrogate.
The 25-year-old actress' soap alter ego Tina McIntyre is currently carrying a child for friends Izzy Artmstrong and Gary Windass and the brunette beauty admits working on the plot has made her consider the benefits of surrogacy in real life.
Asked if the storyline had affected her views on surrogacy, she said: "Yeah, totally... I would never rule it out now, ever. If someone really needed my help I would never rule that out... or if I needed [a surrogate], yeah, one hundred percent."
One of the things Michelle is mostly enjoying about her currently storyline is donning a prosthetic baby bump.
Speaking on 'This Morning', she said: "It's been round the whole cast! But I love it, I've been waiting for that bump for years - I love it. But I can actually feel myself walking around like I'm pregnant and sitting down like I'm [really] pregnant!
"And with it being so cold outside, it keeps me warm!"
And Michelle admitted the storyline makes her keen to have her own children.
Asked if it has made her broody, she said: "Yeah, I'm always broody anyway - I love kids!"
