Chico wants Dancing on Ice reunion
Chico Slimani would love to be part of a 'Dancing on Ice' reunion after his "incredible" experience on the ITV1 skating series
Chico Slimani would "jump at the chance" to be part of a 'Dancing on Ice' reunion.
The 41-year-old star - who finished third on this year's series of the ITV1 skating competition - would love to show off his skills on the programme again because he found the whole experience "incredible".
When asked if he would like to appear on a 'Dancing on Ice' reunion-style show, he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'd jump at the chance. I would love to be part of it again. It's just an incredible show and you know it's just a wonderful show to be part of and to learn to be able to skate at that level in just a short space of time is just, wow, incredible."
Chico is pleased to hear no-nonsense judge Jason Gardiner is returning to the 'Dancing on Ice' panel for next year's series, but he hopes the Australian choreographer - who is known for his harsh put-downs on the show - will not "overstep the mark" in the forthcoming season.
He added: "I'm happy for him but I really do hope that he doesn't overstep the mark. I think constructive criticism is good but when you overstep it, it's not really cool. I think there's a fine line between constructive criticism and nasty. As long as he keeps it constructive, it's great. When he goes nasty, it's not cool."
While Chico loved his time on 'Dancing on Ice', he wishes 'Baywatch' babe Pamela Anderson - who has been linked to the new series - had taken part in this year's show.
He explained: "I didn't know she was in the new series? You've gotta be joking? Oh wow. That's serious, serious. I wish I was on that now!
"Who wasn't a big fan of 'Baywatch'? Pamela Anderson goes down as one of the all-time great sex-bombs, blonde bombshells of all time."
'Dancing on Ice Live Tour 2012' is out on DVD now from ITV Studios Home Studios Entertainment.
