Helen Flanagan will face her sixth Bushtucker Challenge on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' tonight (18.11.12).
The former 'Coronation Street' babe has been chosen by the public to face her sixth consecutive challenge live on the show, despite not completing any of her previous five efforts.
Helen will face the Deadly Discoveries challenge, a maze filled with jungle nasties, but producers are considering using the celebrity with the second highest public vote, darts ace Eric Bristow, if Helen, 22, backs out again.
Viewers saw tearful Helen quit last night's challenge, Rodent Run, before it even began, despite encouragement from hosts Ant and Dec.
Producers had reportedly changed the rules to make it easier for her, lighting up tunnels which would otherwise have been dark and using fewer bugs than usual, but even though she faced the easiest part of the challenge first - a giant hamster wheel which would see her showered with mealworms - Helen backed down as soon as the klaxon to start sounded.
She said: "I really don't want to this, please let me out, I'm freaking out. I'm really sorry I want to get out now.
"It's really panicking me and I'm really, really sorry.
"The whole thing is completely freaking me out because it's my fifth trial. I know its only meal worms, its really working me up and I don't want to put myself through it and get absolutely terrified. Honestly I'm really scared."
Back at camp the fact Helen had gained no stars - meaning no meals for any of the camp mates - didn't go down well.
Eric told her: "I don't know why you're in here if you don't like insects and bugs and animals.
"What did you think you were going to do in here, drink milkshakes?"
