Cheryl Cole proud of Kimberley Walsh
Cheryl Cole admitted she is so proud of Kimberley Walsh after she secured her highest score to date on 'Strictly Come Dancing'
Cheryl Cole says she is so "proud" of Kimberley Walsh.
The 'Call My Name' singer was in the front row to watch her Girls Aloud bandmate secure her highest score to date - a 34 - on the BBC One reality competition 'Strictly Come Dancing' this evening (10.11.12) after receiving a standing ovation for her romantic Viennese Waltz.
Moments after Kimberley, 30, received her score, Cheryl tweeted: "She was AMAZING !!!!! Should have been all 9s if you ask me !!!! Lol #proud (sic)".
Cheryl, 29, was also seen cheering on contestants Denise Van Outen during her sizzling Spanish dance and booing judge Craig Revel Horwood for criticising former Westlife star Nicky Byrne's foxtrot.
Denise, Kimberley and dramatic tango dancer Dani Harmer took the top three slots on the leader board and Denise is widely tipped as the hot favourite in the competition.
Kimberley - who recently announced plans to release her own solo album - told heatworld.com yesterday that she was "excited" to have Cheryl in the audience and also confirmed Girls Aloud will perform their new single 'Something New' later in the reality TV series.
She said: "I'm not nervous about Cheryl watching, I think it will actually give me a bit of a boost having her there. All the girls being there is great because we're kind of like a support network."
Confirming the band's upcoming performance, she added: "It will be quite full on but it's kind of exciting because all of the girls will be here and I'll get some extra support.
"I hope I don't get confused and start singing during my Strictly dance and ballroom dancing during my Girls Aloud performance."
