Geri Halliwell has been giving Rylan Clark advice ahead of tomorrow night's (10.11.12) 'X Factor'.

The former Spice Girls singer is a big fan of the controversial contestant so has given him some tips for an Olympic-themed performance for the ITV1 show's Best of British theme.

A source said: "Geri has been giving Rylan tips this week. He has been rehearsing with Spice Girl dancers, so he met up with Geri to pick up some Girl Power moves for Saturday's show."

Rylan was in the bottom two last week and while he is determined to stay on the show as long as possible, he knows he could go at any point.

Speaking at the launch of the Kardashian Kollection for Dorothy Perkins at London's Aqua bar last night (08.11.12), he told BANG Showbiz: "I'd love to stay but when my time comes, it comes. I won't be complaining. I just want to enjoy it as much as possible."

He also said he loves working with his mentor Nicole Scherzinger and insists there's no hard feelings between him and Gary Barlow.

He added: Nicole is absolutely amazing, she's so supportive and so much fun. She's brilliant.

"Me and Gary get on well, there's no problem between us."

20 years on, the pop Wannabes are still performing together. Well, mostly.
