Melanie Sykes is backing Louis Smith to win this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The TV presenter is a huge fan of the Olympic gymnast and is hoping he and his professional partner Flavia Cacace are the ones to lift the glitterball trophy when the BBC One show finishes in December.
Melanie said: "I'm watching 'Strictly Come Dancing' and I'm supporting Louis; adorable and fit as a fiddle. He's got a great personality and he's certainly got the rhythm, I think he's a winner."
As well as watching 'Strictly', Melanie is also a fan of 'The X Factor' and is predicting James Arthur will win as he is her favourite.
She added: "I'm hooked on 'X Factor' like the nation, and I want James Arthur to win. I think he's an incredible artist, his voice is amazing and I really got goosebumps when watching him so I'd really like him to win. But I also like Ella, but she's very young and got her whole future ahead of her so if she doesn't win this she'll still have a career. But James Arthur is the one I'm watching."
