MK1 'shocked' Christopher Maloney is still in X Factor
Ousted 'X Factor' band MK1 are "shocked" that "diva" Christopher Maloney has made it through another week on the show
MK1 are "shocked" Christopher Maloney got through on 'X Factor' this week.
The urban duo - made up of Charlie Rundle and Simeon Dixon - were booted out of the competition when the vote went to deadlock against Kye Sones, and the pair were shocked when Liverpudlian Christopher got through because he is such a "diva".
Charlie told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Chris surviving was a bit of a shocker. Chris got really lucky. He is the biggest diva. Some people don't think they have much of a chance to sustain a career afterwards so they will do other things to try and keep themselves in the public eye.
"If there's not a drink around, or he doesn't get his food on time or go home in the right taxi then it's a bit of a nightmare."
Christopher has previously been named as a diva by MK1's mentor Louis Walsh, although the singer has since claimed Louis did not mean it.
Commenting on their departure on Sunday, Sim admitted he was gutted they had gone but had given it their all.
He said: "We felt we gave everything in that performance last night and we kind of were confident it could have been enough."
