A number pop bands including Atomic Kitten and Liberty X are reuniting for ITV2 documentary 'The Big Reunion'.

Atomic Kitten, Liberty X, 911 and 5ive are reuniting for a new TV documentary.

The groups will get back together to rehearse for just two weeks before performing in front of crowds of thousands of people in 'The Big Reunion', which will air on ITV2.

Angela Jain, who is behind the show, told The Sun newspaper: "We are thrilled to bring the stories of these pop groups up to date. A lot has happened in the time these bands have been apart - marriages, divorces and changes in careers - and who knows quite what will happen when they reunite."

The original line-up of Atomic Kitten - featuring Kerry Katona - will be taking part, rather than the newer version with Jenny Frost.

Irish band B*Witched - famous for songs including 'Blame It On The Weather Man' and 'C'est La Vie' - will also be partaking, as will the Honeyz.

Earlier this year it was rumoured Atomic Kitten would reform for a string of performances this summer, but it turned out to be false.

Kerry Katona takes a break from shopping at Iceland and starring in various reality TV shows to join Natasha Hamilton and Liz McClarnon on tour, as Atomic Kitten show the world that their eternal flame is still burning (never doubted it for a second, though). It's good that the band are whole again, eh?
