Simon Cowell to intervene in Louis and Gary fight?
Simon Cowell may tell Louis Walsh to "sort things out" with Gary Barlow backstage at 'The X Factor', with tensions become increasingly worse between the two.
Simon Cowell could be forced to intervene in Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh's 'X Factor' row.
The pair have been angry with each other since the first send off last week - where Carolynne Poole lost out on her spot to Rylan Clark - and backstage has become so tense that show boss Simon is considering ways to sort it out.
A source said: "Gary has made it clear he doesn't think Louis is as relevant as some of the other judges.
"There is a worry that things could get out of hand. The tension backstage is becoming too much. Cowell is close to Louis and could tell him to sort things out with Gary."
The pair shook hands on Saturday night's episode (13.10.12), but tension was ramped up again when Gary's act Melanie Masson lost out on the public vote against Louis' band District 3.
However, Louis did proclaim Gary as an "inspiration" while speaking on 'The Xtra Factor' last night (14.10.12).
He said: "I've always loved Take That and Gary. They were an inspiration for me to do boybands. Gary's here for a reason."
