Mick Norcross' cushion nightmare
'The Only Way is Essex' star Mick Norcross is unable to leave his house unless all of his cushions are in a certain order.
Mick Norcross can't leave his house until all his cushions are in a certain place.
The 'Only Way is Essex' star has a "very extreme" case of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and finds it impossible to go out until he has put all the tins in his cupboard the correct way round.
He said: "I've got OCD that I don't know how to control. I have trouble leaving the house until all the cushions are in the same place, all the tins are facing the right way, the table and chairs on the patio all facing the same away, knives and forks away. It's very extreme!"
The 49-year-old reality star - who owns Essex nightclub Sugar Hut - admits he never leaves the house for a night out without having at least "between £500 and £1,500" in cash in his back pocket.
He added to Heat magazine: "I'm in my training gear, so nothing, but if I was going out and I was dressed to leave, I'd probably have anything between £500 and £1,500 on me."
