Nicole Scherzinger is hands on mentor

Nicole Scherzinger is an "artist ambassador".
The 'X Factor' judge is very hands-on with the contestants in her Boys category - James Arthur, Rylan Clark and Jahmene Douglas - because she doesn't feel comfortable "behind the table" so is trying to do the best she can to help them.
She said: "I always feel more comfortable on stage - sitting behind the table is the hardest thing so I hope I can bring the best out in each of them.
"I like to think of myself as an artist ambassador. I like to get down into the trenches and roll my sleeves up."
Nicole thinks she has already made show chief Simon Cowell "proud" after choosing outrageous singer Rylan as one of her finalists, a move which prompted a backlash from fans unhappy that better singers missed out on a place in the live shows.
She added to The Sun newspaper: "I must be making Simon proud because controversy is his favourite word.
"I chose Rylan because the show is about having the X Factor and he has the X Factor.
"It's not just a singing show. Rylan has already said he is not trying to be Whitney Houston or a big ballad singer - he wants to be a dance artist.
"Having the X Factor is about having your own sparkle and he has got the spikes to go with it."
