Jerry Hall says her former husband Sir Mick Jagger is helping with her 'Strictly Come Dancing' routines.

Sir Mick Jagger is helping ex-wife Jerry Hall with her 'Strictly Come Dancing' routines.

The former supermodel is taking part in this year's series of the BBC One show and says the Rolling Stones legend has been very supportive and is considering dancing to one of his hit songs.

Jerry - who has four children with Mick - said: "He's been helping me with ideas for the music. I would love to dance to the Rolling Stones music if there's a dance suitable."

Jerry has been partnered with Anton Du Beke and she says she's having a great time dancing with him.

She told BBC Radio 2: "He's so wonderful. He's elegant, he's sophisticated and he's the most beautiful dancer. And we're having lovely lunches together! I've got quite a lot of blisters so we are managing to get quite a lot of work in.

"My first dance is the Cha-Cha-Cha and I love it. It's very flirtatious and lots of fun. And I'm so happy dancing with Anton as we're just having so much fun.

"I think if you're going to do foolish things, do them with enthusiasm. I wouldn't call myself a natural dancer but I'm very good at posing. He says I'm bringing a lot to it with the modelling poise and experience."

The Rolling Stones

The veteran band, featuring original members singer Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards, celebrates 50 years since its formation in London by playing its hits including Jumpin' Jack Flash and Brown Sugar.
