Sharon Osbourne has defended 'The X Factor' judge Nicole Scherzinger.
Critics have hit out at the former Pussycat Dolls singer for being boring on the show, but former panelist Sharon - who is assisting Louis Walsh at Judges' Houses - thinks people haven't given her a chance yet.
She told The Sun newspaper: "She was my find! I had her as a guest judge on 'X Factor' a few years ago. I spotted her!
"I think she's brilliant. She's actually quite a naughty girl.
"She's beautiful, funny. She was up dancing at the auditions already, so she'll be great fun."
Nicole sits on the panel alongside Louis, Gary Barlow and Tulisa, joining the show this year to replace former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland, who left the show after just one series.
The weekend the 'Poison' hitmaker will be assisted by Ne-Yo as she selects her finalists in the Boys category.
Sharon is helping Louis select the Groups.
Gary, accompanied by former judge Cheryl Cole, has the Over 28s, and Tulisa has been tasked with mentoring the Girls. She will be assisted at Judges' Houses by Tinie Tempah.
